JD:
1. Responsible for company-wide Microsoft Office 365 settings, including: Exchange Online, Lync Online, Sharepoint Online.
2. Proficiency in the implementation and maintenance of SQL language, win10, win7, winXP, win2012server, Exchange2013, ISA2006, domain (AD), Office, SAP or ERP system.
3. Responsible for the daily maintenance of computer hardware and software. (Including but not limited to: proficient installation and maintenance of attendance systems, monitoring systems, telephone switches, financial systems, office software, proficient in the installation and maintenance of computer LAN.VLAN.VPN, etc.. Maintain NAS to ensure that any Users can access their data at any time).
4. Provide IT technical support for each department (including but not limited to using active methods to respond to support needs from ICT, including user training (one-to-one)).
5. Responsible for company network security, data backup, to ensure that data is not lost and the network is smooth. (Including but not limited to: creating user accounts and ensuring employees can access the network and systems, including other specific/departmental software)

JR:
1. Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 related component settings, including: Exchange Online, Lync Online, Sharepoint Online.
2. Familiar with the deployment of Microsft Sharepoint 2010 (or previous versions), and familiar with the secondary development of Visual Studio 2010.
3. Familiar with router, VPN, firewall, wireless, network equipment (router, firewall, three-layer switch) settings.
4. Experience in Powershell maintenance of Exchange Server is preferred.
5. Understand C language programming, VF database, Visual Basic programming is preferred.
6. More than 10 years of relevant work experience, good teamwork spirit, good oral English, English level 4 or above.
